Frequently Asked Questions

Ski Club is open to grades 6‐12 without a parent chaperone. (Younger students, grades 3-5 will NOT be able to participate unless the parent is skiing AND monitoring the student per NS Ski Club rule)

Ski Club dates: January 6, 13, 27  February 3, 10, 24 (ALL ON MONDAY)

1. Complete the Ski Club Required Form on our homepage. 

2. 'Pay your Bus Fee' for $190.00 payable securely online through ''CHEDDAR UP".

3. You will receive a receipt, via email from Cheddar Up, along with your Wachusett Link & Access Code immediately after you pay!  

4. 'Purchase your Ski Badge' and follow the steps to complete your purchase and rent equipment and/or lessons as needed.

If your skier will not be attending PLEASE call, text or email us before 2:00pm on the date of absence. Your child will receive a voucher towards skiing at Wachusett Mtn that can be used anytime during the regular season outside of Ski Club.  Lessons or associated costs will NOT be provided unless insurance rider was purchased at the time of original registration.

Cancellations due to weather could happen and will be determined before 11:00am on the ski club scheduled date.  Should this occur, all parents & students will be notified via social media, text, and email.  This is the ONLY time that the session will be put on the back-end of the season.  Essentially, adding an addition week to the season.

Per Wachuestt Ski Mtn rules, under NO exception will students be able to switch once the season's lessons begin.  SO...please be sure that you want to learn the sport of Skiing or Snowboarding and you can stick with it.
